“52 Card Pick Up” by Brian Moore

I just finished this workout. It takes about 30 minutes. All you need is a deck of cards. Shuffle the deck, flip over the top card and do whatever exercise is associated with that card. Go through the whole deck!
Aces: 1 negative planche pushup
Twos: 2 handstand pushups (with your partner or against the wall)
Threes: 3 divebombers
Fours: 4 diamond pushups
Fives: 5 wide-arm pushups
Sixes: 6 body extension pushups
Sevens: 7 knife-edge pushups
Eights: 8 spiderman pushups
Nines: 9 military pushups
Tens: 10 standard pushups
Jacks: 25 jumping jacks
Queens: 25 v-snaps
Kings: 25 squats
Jokers: 1 minute jog
Twos: 2 handstand pushups (with your partner or against the wall)
Threes: 3 divebombers
Fours: 4 diamond pushups
Fives: 5 wide-arm pushups
Sixes: 6 body extension pushups
Sevens: 7 knife-edge pushups
Eights: 8 spiderman pushups
Nines: 9 military pushups
Tens: 10 standard pushups
Jacks: 25 jumping jacks
Queens: 25 v-snaps
Kings: 25 squats
Jokers: 1 minute jog
If you get through the whole deck, that’s 220 pushups, 100 jumping jacks, 100 v-snaps and 100 squats!
You can definitely switch the exercises around to do whatever you want… these are just the ones I chose today. Have fun!
