This workout will use a Suicide format to run flights of stairs at your hotel.
1st Set: Starting at the ground floor, run up one flight of stairs and back down. At the ground floor complete the following exercises, 10 Push Ups, 10 Alternating Jump Lunges, 10 Sit through to each side.
2nd Set: Run up 1 flight of stairs and back down, then up 2 flights and back down. At the bottom complete your exercises on the ground floor.
3rd Set: Run up 1 flight of stairs and back down, then up 2 flights and back down, then up 3 flights and back down. At the bottom complete your exercise on the ground floor.
Depending on your fitness level, do 3, 5 or 10 sets. No rest unless you have to. Running the steps is an active recovery from your exercises. After completing this workout and you feel like you have some more, check out the next part!
Chaos Cardio:
Same format as above, and keep a bucket handy. If you push the pace hard it just might make you want to puke! Run up 1 flight of stairs and back down. Then complete 20 Jumping Jacks, 20 Mountain Climbers, 20 Burpees. Then up 1 flight and back down, then up 2 flights and back down. 20 of each, and then start your 3rd set.
