Quest for 100 Consecutive Push Ups: Week 1, Day 1 10/10/11

Week 1 Day 1… it starts today, your quest to 100 consecutive push ups.  We are going to call these level 1 (easiest) level 2, level 3 (hardest) Week 1.
Day 1: Level 1
Set 1… 2 push ups
Set 2… 3 push ups
Set 3… 2 push ups
Set 4… 2 push ups
Set 5… Max (at least 3)
Rest 60 seconds between sets

Level 2
Set 1… 6 push ups
Set 2… 6 push ups
Set 3… 4 push ups
Set 4… 4 push ups
Set 5… Max (at least 5)
Rest 60 seconds between sets

Level 3
Set 1… 10 push ups
Set 2… 12 push ups
Set 3… 7 push ups
Set 4… 7 push ups
Set 5… Max (at least 9)
Rest 60 seconds between
