Boxing/ MMA Workout Tonight 12/29/11

Here’s our workout from tonight at Martial Arts Fitness Center in Marlton, NJ.  Check it out and enjoy.  You only need a jump rope, some light dumbbells and someone to punch and kick. Try this ciruit to challenge yourself today… (Advanced)

Give this one a try, it’s pretty challenging.  Make sure to go on the heavier side with the weights and watch your form.  If we are calling for 8 reps, then the weight needs to be heavy enough to make you fail on the last rep.  The the kettlebell Snatch and Press we are doing
