BJJ Workout 4/27/12

Here it is, workout #6 of our free workouts.  This is a great workout for all of our BJJ fans out there.  Make sure to do a proper warm up before starting this workout.  10 minutes of jogging, dynamic warm ups, stretching and basic drills are great.  Make sure to get your heart rate up!

Killer Arms Workout- 4/23/12

Give this super set arm workout a try.  Complete 1a, 1b, 1c and the rest 60-90 seconds, complete all set and then move onto the next super set.  The b exercise in each super set is a “fast rep”.  For the fast rep exercise complete 12 reps as fast as you can with good form.

Kettlebell and TRX Workout 4/22/12

Grab your TRX or other suspension and a kettlebell, then give this one a go.  Preform the exercises in each circuit before resting, complete 3 sets of each circuit.  You can add a 4th or 5th set if needed.  We are going to be shooting for 15-20 reps per set for this workout.   Circuit

Partner Workout with Resistance Bands

Legs and Shoulders Workout- For Dalton 4/16/12

Here’s a Leg and Shoulder workout for Fitness Dojo member Dalton. This workout uses super sets to save time and reduce rest time.
