Intervals, Intervals and More Intervals! 7/12/12

Here is a workout from this mornings’s class at Martial Arts Fitness Center in Marlton, NJ.  We used an interval format for the entire class except our core work at the end.  Our intervals were 30:15, 30 seconds of the first exercise and 15 seconds of the second.  We did all sets of the interval

Workout 14 – 7/3/12

Here is our workout from this morning’s boot camp.  These are high energy, high intensity workouts lasting 45 minutes.  Every workout begins with a 5 minutes warm up, followed by intervals, and the strength training.  Our core work is usually done at the end of the workout.  5-10 minutes of stretching is also done post
