Here is our workout from this morning’s boot camp. These are high energy, high intensity workouts lasting 45 minutes. Every workout begins with a 5 minutes warm up, followed by intervals, and the strength training. Our core work is usually done at the end of the workout. 5-10 minutes of stretching is also done post workout. So check it out, give it angry and let us know what you think. Remember this is about intensity so keep the pace up!
Warm Up: 5 minutes
Today’s Intervals:
Interval 1
Side Shuffle: Low and fast for 30 seconds / Burpees: 10 seconds as many asthou can. Complete 5 times with no rest between.
Rest for 45-60 seconds.
Interval 2
Jump Squats: 20 seconds as many as you can. / Jog: 20 seconds / Push Ups: 20 seconds as many as you can. / Jumping Jacks: 20 seconds.
Rest 45-60 seconds.
Squat Press Complex: 1 sets.
1) Dumbbell Squat Press, 30 seconds as many as you can.
Rest 30 seconds.
2) Overhead Dumbbell Squat, 30 seconds as many as you can.
Rest 30 seconds.
3) Low Squat Hold with Dumbbell Shoulder Press, 30 seconds as many as you can.
Rest 30 seconds.
Back/ Shoulder Complex: 2 sets.
1) Bent Over Dumbbell Rows, 30 seconds as many as you can.
Rest 30 seconds.
2) Lateral Shoulder Raise, 30 seconds as many as you can.
Rest 30 seconds.
3) Bent Over Dumbbell Rows, 30 seconds as many as you can.
Rest 30 seconds.
4) Up Right Shoulder Row, 30 seconds as many as you can.
Rest 30 seconds.
5-10 minutes of Core work.
