Tabatas with Finishers! This one will kick your butt 4/1/13

This one comes right from our morning Boot Camp session at Martial Arts Fitness Center in Marlton, NJ. (www.mafitness.net) This workout is 3 Super Sets done Tabata style with finishers at the end.  We followed that up with 2 rounds of core work, the total workout took 45 minutes with a 10 minute warm up.

Killer Intervals From Today’s Boot Camp 9/7/12

Here are some intervals we did during our Boot Camp at Martial Arts Fitness Center this morning.  These guys are up and running at 5:30am 3 days a week!  All you need for these intervals is a jump rope and a dumbbell or kettlebell. Each round is 4 minutes total and then a 45 second rest.
