Tabatas with Finishers! This one will kick your butt 4/1/13

This one comes right from our morning Boot Camp session at Martial Arts Fitness Center in Marlton, NJ. (www.mafitness.net) This workout is 3 Super Sets done Tabata style with finishers at the end.  We followed that up with 2 rounds of core work, the total workout took 45 minutes with a 10 minute warm up.

Partner Workout with Resistance Bands

Here’s a partner workout using resistance bands.  All you need is a partner and 2 resistance bands.  Keep an eye out for a speciality core workout that will use our Stroops bands soon.  We are using timed rounds throughout this entire workout.  The interval is 40 seconds on/ 15 seconds off.  After completing all of your sets for an exercise rest 1 minute and then
